Bureau.  The persons therein employed
are not a charge upon the Government,
and the labor performed by them is
a source of revenue to the school.
If work is performed therein for
the Bureau, a charge therefor is made
& that charge is paid from the funds of
this Bureau.  It is therefor recommended
that the within application be denied.
