Respectfully returned with the statement, that a William Dines, and Frank Ruffom came from Washington D.C. in July 1866. and worked in Mr. Wright's Brick Yard, in this City. William worked about 20 days, when he was taken sick with Diarrhea & went to the F.M. Hospital where he died some three days after admission (July 26" 1866.)
