States that about three yrs ago. he was indentured [?] or bound out by Dr. Nichols then in charge of Mason's Island to James Swit living in Prince Geo. Co. Md. who promised to close, Feed &   Educate him in compensation for his labors which he has failed to do.
He further states that Mr & Mrs. Swit whipped him without justification.
Request that Mr. Swit will not be allowed to take him back as his Father & Mother are able to take care of him. if they knew where he was.
He thinks that they live in this City.
