States that Adaline Anderson referred too, was arrested by Policeman Morgan for Stealing property or concealing the same knowing that it was stolen & that he also found Gov't lumber in her house which was undoubtedly stolen for firewood, which she refused to give any satisfactory account of. 
After feeding her children & giving them shelter, some of the time in his own quarters, he sent them to the orphans asylum by order of the Ass't Commr. He further states that he had rejected the woman from the Camp.
