The buildings and materials known as Wisewell B'ks in this city, to be taken down, and used in the construction of tenements for freed people now being erected on sq n/' Sr 1054 bet 14 and 15 and C and D Sts.
The tenement houses so constructed will be taken for homes on the return of Maj J.M. Brown and is liaged with the execution of this order.
