Womans wages at washing and ironing are ,10 cents per hour and boarded  If she worked on the farm as some women do in planting howing &c her wages would be the same as his if she could do as much work. 

Womans wages in the kitchen & about the house are $8 per month & board

If more than one man should come, I will find a place for him to work in the course of a few days

Please write again before he starts and let me know when to expect him. It will be necessary that he be well provided with warm under clothing as it will be very cold here the the thermometer after going 10 below zero.
