Cold Orphan Home Association Encloses note of the Matron of the Cold Orphan's Home showing the trouble arising from sending vagrants to the Home, and earnestly requests that another place may be provided for such children. The boy Lucas to be returned to the Home, and the others sent with the lot going to Philadelphia Pa. with any who are now there (-at the Home-) beyond the proper age. Col. Beebe will arrange such facilities as he can without great expense for caring temporarily for such vagrants as are mentioned within, at Wisewell Barracks, with a view to their being sent to homes in the North.
