States that Mrs. Tilman has been instructed to be at the Depot in Jersey City on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday morning to meet freed people, and forward them on to their destination North, as but few are sent to Providence it will be sufficient to telegraph Mr. H. G. Stuart, of the departure of a party from this City
