Dear Sidney,

Read your letter and glad to hear from you and evidently you arent any stronger for a long winter than I am. This forenoon over the radio they said Eastern Massachusetts and Mass. Bay was going to have a severe storm this afternoon and tonight. The Murphy Coal Co were to start work on getting in their ice for the 1930 crop this morning, so I was told last night and I guess they won't want any heavy snow now. Does Dot care anything about the animal pictures we have sent in your letters? Some of them we thot [[thought]] were very good but perhaps she isnt quite old enough to care much about them yet. Would like to have seen the snow man you made for her. A snow man is something unusual
