a truck of I only got $50 for it but there isn't much chance to sell a big car of the 1925 model at any price today and it had been in Pa's barn 2 years I guess. When the fellow came to go up for it Jimmy Ayers was with him so he may have had something to do with it. Yesterday was very cold wind and the day before that they had very high tide at Nantasket and the Nancy was moved several feet.

Glad to get your letter written on the 5th which by the way was the 53rd anniversary of the day on which I was born and which was very quietly celebrated except that we went to the movies in the evening at the Stoughton Theatre. Then after we got home we had a few minutes talkd over the phone with Ralph as he had not written us since the wedding and wanted to let me know he knew it was my birthday. Think I wrote you about the wedding and our trip back and forth, did I not? You say you have not
