Dear Sid:

It is still at zero or below hereabout, but clear & I am taking the opportunity to go to Boston before a snow develops, today. Yesterday I got the carpet up & cleaned the front chamber and Lena departed at noon.

Called up Mr. Leonard last night who said things would wait till summer, tho an administrator should then be appointed for sake of rifles, etc. Ilga called up to say she would be over Friday A.M. The baby is hoping for a letter from Mickey. So far she seems all right. Hope that you are taking care of yourself too and that the cat isn't homesick. Will be back Monday.

Doris.
