Dear Sid: It has rained so long that I am driven to the museum. Today is trying to clear up. Bradley of Cornell is working in the Le Conte room and a youngster from the Bishopp Museum who knows St John is nearby. I shall lunch and gossip with Miss Bryant and go home on the 3.30. I think I shall go over to Radcliffe & try to make them explain entrance requirements so I can understand. Haven't been able to get hold of any plumber yet - "Bill" spoke of one he knows but he hasn't shown up. Shall have to push him a bit. Hope your knees are better. Do be careful. Sorry we shall miss Richard but hope he gets in at Calif.

D.
