Dear Sid:

It is another rainy day here. Hope you are cooler too. The cat crawls under the stove here [[chillily?]]. Doris has been enjoying her menagerie. She now has an aquarium with a single cattie and a lot of snails. The squirrel loves honey & peanut butter, but is very temperamental about other things. Grandma refuses to go out in the Zoo but it may be the weather.  D. has gone over to Isabel's now. Dick is expected about the time you come for 2 weeks. I shall go to Boston to the museum if this weather keeps up. Grandma has just been watering the cat - under her flower pots. He hopped lively!
