scored on in one of the games and the only game they lost was one played in Whitman on a muddy field and Stoughton were simply pushed around in the mud and couldn't hold them and were beaten 20 to 0. Henry said Whitman had heavy cleats on their shoes and could get a better grip and hold. 

Not much news- haven't had any calls for the house, haven't advertised it lately and do wish some one would turn up that wanted it. 



Meades meadow was flooded and they have been skating there for several days. It is a little late to tell about football but I suppose you enjoyed the Harvard-Yale game with its good ending from the Harvard side of it. I guess Harvard must have been laying back all season for this Yale game for it was quite a surprise that she should win on the earlier season record of the two colleges- But you never can tell.
