soon be here. I put a sign on the house "for sale" and also spoke to Lanigan about it. Wish we could sell it but it is a pretty big house and there are so many places on the market today that it isn't an easy thing to find a customer. There is talk among real estate people that two years from now prices will be higher and property will be in demand, but I hope we don't have to wait two years. It needs painting but I wish we could sell it "as is" for if we start repairs it may cost considerable. Taking care of property is not just in my line and if it isn't sold when you get home, you can look it over and see what you think best to do. Just think - in a month Ralph and Henry will be thro school and then what? Ralph has his job already but Henry hasn't one so far - if he doesn't get one right off, I can give him something to do for a while but it would probably be better for him to start for some one else. Hope to hear from you today. Love and hope to see you before long.
Ralph
