in Boston last Thursday but they told me they could not handle it but gave me the name of a woman who had an office in Braintree but who they said lived in Stoughton and who they advised me to see. She is no one I know but I will see if Arthur knows who she is. I hope the real Estate market will improve soon but no immediate signs of it are in evidence. There is talk of the Stoughton Rubber Co leaving town but perhaps they wont. You didn't send any April check for the Bank - I missed it - well write soon and often - What is new about your vacation? Are they going to give you a good one?

Love from Ralph.
