Dear Sidney,

Guess I'd better wake up and write a letter so that you will get it this week. Dont know whether I wrote you that Sam or John found it was going to take 3000 to fix the house the way he wanted it so we called it off.

I haven't had any more calls to see the house and haven't been feeling very well, but hope to feel a little smarter soon. There is so much to do in the course of a day that I haven't been able to concentrate on the best way of selling the house. If you were here, you could have the job. I gave Mrs. Anna Mouk your address a few days ago; did you hear from her?

Today is warmer and the prediction is for another spell similar to the one

Transcription Notes:
Last name of Mrs. Anna is questionable but other than that, this is complete.
