VILLA ANGELETTO
ROUTE DE NICE
GRASSE (A-M)

April 8th 1921

Dearest Minnie
I was very glad to get your letter & was much interested in your account of how you had hung your pictures & arranged your tomes. As for being vain I would indeed have been more than bored if you had told me that you were in the hands of one of those decorators, Elsie de Wolf, & worse still a certain Miss Ninies who has bought a fortified castle near here, it is perched on a mountain & difficult of access, but picturesque, she has been a perfect vandal; & want it & did not even keep the Louis XV furniture it contained & wanted to have it turned into Louis XIII. Every one is shocked at her want
