And there are always bonnets and peingnoirs (wrappers) and gloves and handkerchiefs—
I can get hkfs cheaper & not so fine as those I sent Aunt Emily - of real linen with letter in the corner for about 25 cts—  Much better than any thing you can get at home—  The "fantaisie" ones are about the same - as at home until you get into the really sumptuous ones which you would'nt get any way unless

Fran has just appeared with two letters for me  " for May—
Yours telling about little Haley and the Fraulein - and we said it was not interesting!  I devoured it—  Could'nt you get her to give him lessons until she or you go away? or she too far above that—  Any how if she comes and plays on your piano it will be good for him—      Mays letter from Belle says - "The Biddle's are thinking of coming to Tacoma"  What does she mean?
I want to write a little letter to Harry so wont send any thing more home this mail but ask Aunt Emily
