I hope you and Mother will come over next Spring.  It would do you both much good - Mother is still writing with lead pencil, which I know means the ink bottle is not upstairs

I have all the Transcripts forwarded to my studio from the American Ex Co.

The old lady is a Charmer and dust does fly in front of her -

I drink as all English do tea three times a day -

I shall certainly call on Molly Osgood when she arrives.

I am going to call on the Grandages Monday. All arrangements can be made for you to live in this neighbour of dear old Chelsea when you come over in the Spring.

Last Sunday I took dinner with Sucker and his uncle. Friends of Roberts. We had a real German dinner.  The housekeeper ate at the table with us and the whole meal reminded me of Uncle Arthur's. My studio is very comfortable and work is going on well.
