most of the neighborhood is crowded with American's [[Americans]] and English.
There is one fine studio still, just opposite Carolins Durcins. It was once occupied by Jerome.
It is a splendid light, a whole house in fact. Three rooms etc (I wrote you before about it.) A young married couple think of taking it, now, and I am asked to take the studio as it is in every way a fine place. I may But shall not decide for three or four days.
My one wish is that I might take it, and have Bess here to keep house for me. We should be the centre of music, as Mr. and Mrs. Robbins live near, and Mrs R. is a wonderful violinist. their friend Mr. Mills of 'Hotel' fame is a fine musician also. 
We can do this when I arrive.
Got a letter from the Fords today.
