Presentations: 

1. Senator Scott speaks on: (3 minutes) 
- California's shortage of math/science teachers
- Recent studies showing data on underprepared math/science teachers/impact on students
- California education achievement gap: poor and minority students disproportionately impacted 
- Bill package (very short outline of focus - details at end of press conference)
