College has begun and this winter I am going to work hard and accomplish a great deal. It really seems good to be at work again after making jelly & jam and fussing around.

Perhaps you will be interested in the little clipping. When I was away such thing or anything of interest were most acceptable. So you may not mind my enclosing this, which appeared in the papers this morning.

Do pardon this letter as I should have answered, as form would say, with a postal, but little Martha Greeley preferred, seeing that the American Ex Co. is a large [[?]] et to put the same account in letter form. Of course there is no harm in a card but personally I think a note more appropriate.

All the family wish to be remembered to John.
Martha.
