She is certainly a little wonder all right. Too nice to be studying art alone in a big city. Dont you think so? I dont see how any fellow could help liking her. I guess they pretty nearly all do. And there & her charms she is so fine & good and kind. It would be hard to find another girl with so many virtues. 
I go to the Y. M. C. A. Gymnasium every other day so that keeps me feeling pretty keen. Before I have just felt the energy from the summer, slowly leaving me untill finally I just felt like the devil every winter so I thought this winter I'd see if I couldn't counteract the confinement & all by going to gym class. The hours exercise & there a good shower certainly makes me walk away whisteling & happy. By the way who is it that you
