I was thinking of you this afternoon when I was walking home. There "lo and behold" a letter in that unforgettable handwriting. Speaking of which reminds me that it was on account of it that I haven't written sooner. Got a letter from you just after I sent mine, and couldn't make out either the address or the names of the three places where you are working. What in hell do you write with, kid? A match? Suppose those quill pens are artistic and recondite and esoteric, but it's darn difficult stuff to read, and this from me, who is some expert on deciphering difficult words.
