My dearest Marion -

Got your letter yesterday of June 29th, saying Jerry had gone to meet Isabell. How exciting, and how "out of it" I felt way off here I get so blue, at times I dont see how I am going to stand it. You seem worried over checks giving out, yet you don't send me any to sign, you do not mention the $400- I sent to the bank, so maybe you have not received notice of it but I advised you of it. You must keep me informed in advance of just what you need, that is simply, that no one need worry - You must not fear that you will not be provided for,- Only I want to keep as much as possible in the accnt [[account]] of my letter of credit, and I am looking ahead to the future with all its uncertainties. Nothing is sure until it happens,, I don't know what

I wrote you about going to Marion if it would benefit her, or if she isn't improving. the car would be of no service locked up all winter and the money it would bring, could be employed to better advantage if you decided it was expedient to go to Marion.
