+ thus it was a week or more before I left. I had not heard - I hoped that now you were in England our letters would be received more quickly + regularly.

Eg say Mr. Brhesou is here in Pasadena - + knows you very well. The Annual Cemter I believe - He too is trying to find a place for you. A business loft is the thing maybe - but we cannot rent anything until we know positively when you would come - nor hold it either without paying.

Anyway if you cannot finish your work here - we hope you can come for a visit + I will return with you - Marion longs to see you - + counts on your coming.

My dearest Louie,

Tomorrow I will cable you - meanwhile I am writing as things are + the letters will reach you in due time - to tell you all about Marion's ordeal -

Dr. Breed took us down to the hospital about 6 o’clock last evening.

Poor little girl - she looked so flushed and weary + she could hardly speak.

Her stomach hurt her so - + the nausea still annoyed her. I was terribly concerned about her but the nurses + Dr. Breed said

((margin)) I must send a little to the boys and relieve their anxiety. How happy we will be to hear when you expect to return - Had you not thought to secure your passage home in good season? Leo got your monthly [[?]] + cloches in London.
[[?]] fondest love
Marion
