BISHOP BENJ. TUCKER TANNER
2908 DIAMOND STREET
PHILADELPHIA

Feb 14th 1910

My dear Jessie

Your very kind letter received, like a ray of Sunshine thru a dark sky. We have been so anxious about dear Mary and poor girl she has been so ill, Since the operation but the Dr's (Three in number) say she is doing as well as could be expected, in view of her being so frail, and give us every assurance of her ultimate recovery, but it will be a matter of time and patience. I go to see her almost every day. This morning she was real bright and cheerful and wished to be remembered
