Dear Uncle Henry,
   This has been one of those warm summer Sundays such as one experiences only in Philadelphia. The heat has been too intense for many people to come out of the houses. The Sheet cou-

Russia as possible. Americans are vitally interested in Russia, our most potent economic competiter. If, however, the Colonial Exhibit proves to be unusual, we shall want to see it and shall be happy to accept your hospitality. If we do accept, it would not be until after September 1, 1931. I shall write later and let you know our decision.
