The land along the Bay, which you cross going into Atlantic City, has been developed, drained & filled in. Very lovely cottages have been built all along the Bay front.  We are not 30 feet fro the Bay.  We look across and see Longfort, Ocean City and Atlantic City.  I dare say those names bring back many memories to you.  After all, it is difficult to find a finer climate & clearer atmosphere than here in Atlantic City.

But, I can assure you that with all its atmospheric charms I should not be here, could I travel further. I presume Raymond told you we are again hoping for an heir - either the last week in October or the first week in November. If all goes well, as we trust & pray it will this time, we shall probably take a trip next summer.

Raymond is sailing on August 24th for a short cruise of South American ports and

Wasnt sure about the Raymoud name- thought maybe was raymond but couldnt see it. I changed spelling of "Raymoud" to read as "Raymond" because that is the spelling that I saw in other letters in this series.
