hours they play Cricket with Jessie's set. & he of course with them. I hear Jesse plays cricket very well & it is hard to get him out, once he is in.

I have had to send to Paris to de Dion-Bouton for those piston cylinders rings as it is impossible to get them anywhere around here, even at M.T. depot.

Alice, Jessie, & I planted corn yesterday, first fine day to work out of doors. We have plenty of manure & we put it in good in each hole. I soaked the grains over night, so I hope they will come up soon. I put in 3 rows of Stoneham corn and 4 of "Golden Bantum." If I have too much for ourselves, I will try & sell to Canadians or Americans.
