Under Secretary Bradley advises of his telephone conversation with Dean Anderson, Smithsonian Budget Examiner at the Office of Management and Budget, and reports on the meeting between OMB and GSA concerning the status of the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden construction. GSA representatives thought they could bring enough pressure on Piracci to complete by April 30, 1973.
