The lines on the left page seem to match up to and elaborate upon lines on the right- should this be indicated by some means? I did not indicate them as such, but they might almost be treated as marginalia for the right page.
Based on instructions, I transcribed ditto marks by filling in copies of above lines, but transcribed the word "ditto" as written. Can correct if needed.
Should "same location" be treated the same as ditto? i.e. write the words to which it refers?
Unsure if circle + cross symbols are supposed to be the symbol for female, since they aren't pointed the right direction?
