Now a few words in English. I have asked my mother to send you my Cuoq's "Lexique de la Langue Iroquoise" which is in bad shape, falling to pieces. Please have it bound for me to match some of the books in my library which you [[?]] will see I have had bound, and please buy me a good second-hand French dictionary, and send them both to me here. As soon as you tell me what the damage is, I'll remit. I hate to bother you, old Dear, but I want to work a little evenings on the Lexique and I have no other way to get the Cuoq bound.
