Dear Friends:

I want to tell you how much we all appreciated your wonderful hospitality to the Historical Society of Southern California during our landmarks pilgrimage. It was a delightful occasion and I am sure that everyone thoroughly appreciated the opportunity of visiting your lovely home and the warmth of your kind welcome.

I am only sorry that I couldn't enjoy it personally because I had so many business matters on my mind, but I am looking forward to a more personal visit at Ranchito Romlo, and if I am lucky enough, at your diggings in Nevada this fall.

Cordially yours,
Marion Parks
