I had a letter from F. E. Hyde a few days ago, and in it he stated that he was coming East in a few days. We hope that he will not change his mind, and that we may have an opportunity of talking over the Western work.
We have heard nothing as yet concerning the outcome of the Trustee's meeting, and the probabilities are that nothing definite will be known for some weeks. The outcome of the meeting must have been very satisfactory however, as Prof. Bumpus is in the best of spirits. 
I am sending you herewith receipts for Ethnological and Anthropological subscriptions.

P.S. Have just had a phone from Talbot. He says that Burnham and a party had dinner with Fred in Albuquerque a few days ago.
