Dr. L. O. Howard
Cosmos Club,
Washington, D. C.

My dear Dr. Howard:-

I am sending you under separate cover, a copy of the report of the Secretary of Section H, American Association for the Advancement of Science, and am enclosing bill of petty expenditures in relation to the St. Louis meeting.

The delay in getting out this report has been due to the fact that a letter concerning the resolutions on the death of Dr. Frank Russell was lost in the mail. As this was an essential I could not send in the report until it was received.

Thanking you for your courtesy and help, both previous to and during the meeting in St. Louis, and hoping to see you in the near future in Washington, I beg to remain,

Very sincerely yours,

(G.H.P.)
