Mr. A. Froidevaux,
419 West 17th St.,
New York, N.Y.

Dear Sir:-
Your favor of the 9th inst. just received, and would say in regard to same, that I can do nothing at present in the way of purchasing your photographs. Should you not succeed in disposing of them, you might write to me again, with your lowest cash price, say in the course of a month or so, and I might be able to do something for you.
The fact that most of the photographs are disfigured by having the copy-right stamped with steel type on the surface, detracts considerably from their value.
Hoping that you may succeed in disposing of them, I am,
Very respectfully yours,
(G.H.P)
