SUMMER ADDRESS
Washington Depot, Connecticut

June 6, 1904

Mr. George H. Pepper,
American Museum of Natural History,
Central Park West, New York City.

Dear Mr. Pepper: -

I am trying to get together some of the scattered points in reference to the JOURNAL and am therefore writing you to ask if I may look forward to a review of James "Indians of the Painted Desert Region" by the first of August. I am anxious to get a number of reviews together for use in the early autumn numbers and would be very pleased indeed if I might have your assistance, so that this book might be gotten out of the way, as the review was promised some months ago.

Hoping that you may have a good summer and may get into the field, I remain

Most sincerely yours,

Richard E. Duelyn [[guess?]]
