Mrs. Mary Schenck Woolman,
Teachers College,
New York City, N. Y.

My dear Mrs. Woolman:-

Your kind letter of the 6th. inst. reached me after being flood bound for some time.

I was pleased to hear that you had a pleasant summer abroad and am sorry that I cannot have the pleasure of showing our textiles to your class. It will be the middle of December before we can possibly reach New York but after that time it will be a pleasure to receive you at the Museum.

Regarding the sets of cards showing weaving would say that I hope to find some one who will present a set to the Teachers College. I have not had time to interest any one but think it will not be very hard work when the sets are completed. I am having rather serious difficulties in locating all of the material that is needed but hope to have it in hand before the winter is over.

Hoping to see you shortly after my return, as I have so much that will interest you, and wishing you continued success in the many branches of your work, I beg to remain,

Sincerely yours,

George H. Pepper
