5. #100. evidently begins on Wednesday December the 28th. and ends the evening of Saturday the 31st. If you need any information write Howard care of the Cosmos Club, Washington, D.C. and he will help you out. A tabulation of the order of business now on hand might not be amiss. It will act as a summary of what has been said in the foregoing. 1 - Ascertain dates of Meeting from Howard. 2-- Make out circular letter and have it printed. 3 - Send letters to members of associations and interested persons. 4 - Pass on papers received and classify same. 5 - Make out full program for entire meeting. 6 - Send program to Permanent Secretary, Dr. L. O. Howard. You might put me down for a paper entitled "Navajo[[strikethrough]]s[[/strikethrough]] and other Textiles of the great Southwest". I hope that you will not be overburdened with the work of the Section. I am sure Saville will give you all of the assistance possible and Mr. Heye may be able to help you in a number of ways.
