My dear Mr. Hagermeister:-
We are preparing for the home trip and I therefore want to release you fiom [from] the trouble of writing the long address that you have so kindly done on all of our letters.
We have had a great time here and between fevers, mosquitoes, gnats, and a hundred and one other biting animals, life has been anything but one long dream.
We hope to reach Albuquerque about the 20th. of this month therefore kindly hold all mail that miy [may] be received for us after the arrival of this letter.
Hoping to see you when we reach your delightful City and with many thanks for your kindness, I am,
