possession and given into the charge of his said agent, to manage for petitioner. 

Petitioner states that he has taken and subscribed the amnesty oath according to the Proclamation of the President of 29th of May, certificate of which he refers to, filed herewith.

Petitioner prays that the property aforesaid be restored and delivered to him with the rents issues and profits thereof, and that he may be reinstated in his rights and possession.

And petitioner further prays that the amount of rents received for the property by the United States' agents may be refunded to him and as in duty bound petitioner will ever pray &c
