This Indenture made This Fifteenth day of June AD Eighteen hundred and fifty eight. by Corina Miller of the City of Natchez and State of Mississippi, of the first part, and Marguerite J. Benoist, of the same place, of the second part. Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Three Thousand five hundred and seventy six dollars to her in hand paid. The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by those present doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey, and confirm unto the said party of the second part and her heirs and assignees, all that certain lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in said City on the South Eastern side of main street, more or less, and running back at right angles with said street about ninety five feet, to Bracken Alley, bounded by the upper or South East side by property of said party of the first part for many years past occupied by P.H. McGraw for a Drug Store, & on the lower or north west side by property lately purchased by Breyer Deutsch & Co; and being the same premises for several years past occupied by said party of the second part: Together with all and singular the appurtenances, her hereditaments, rights and privileges unto the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining: To have and to hold the said premises until the appurtenances, unto her the said party of the second part and her heirs and assignees, to and for her and their use benefit
