The books & sundries amounted to $60
I've everything new except curtains & dish lamp. I'll be renting a lamp from the nun, it's only $1 a year. If you have time, do send me the college catalogues & application, etc. I might transfer next year. It depends. that's about it for now. Don't tire yourselves fixing up the apartment. Take care! Love, Linda

This Saturday we are having a picnic with Georgetown University. Hope it doesn't rain. I saw some more boots at Chandlers. They're about $15. Do you still want your booties? If so, I'll look around. I've opened a bank account. Haven't written a check so far. Every month need to pay 50c plus 10c for every check I write.
