Dearest Mom & Uncle,
First of all, I have to thank the both of you for writing. I am very happy to hear from you. I hope you are all rested up from the trip. Glad to hear that Grandpa's fine & all the relatives too. Have you recovered from your cold, Uncle? What about Ah Chai? Good thing you didn't catch it Mom, or am I wrong? Have you seen Goldie & her pups? Do Uncle Bob [[strikethrough]] e [[/strikethrough]] & Olivier like the pretty "vases" you gave them? What about Auntie Ralley's? Do tell me something about who you've seen & what you've done so far.
Last weekend, I stayed at school Saturday. Andrew took me to Stanford game against Notre Dame Indiana. Stanford won 84-14. It was very exciting. We were on T.V. & we sat in the [[?]] & had a lot of fun. Went to a cocktail party afterwards & then back to school. Didn't go out Sunday. This week, we have 4 days of school. Wednesday afternoon is the Black B barbeque & it lasts for the whole day. Friday is All Saint's Day & a holiday, so this is a 3-day weekend. I'm going up to Nancy's on Friday morning. But Thursday night, I'll be staying at Samuel & Rose's. Called them up last night & they said it was O.K. Next weekend is another 3-day weekend. I haven't decided where to go yet. Maybe aunt Margaret's 'cause I want to get some homework done.
