Dear Miss Lee:

H.E. the Bishop has been very much pleased of your fine start of the work which you are undertaking, with your find spirit and courage, greater success for your mission is awaiting you in the future.

I am enclosing a typewritten copy of the sponsor's letter which may serve the purpose until we get those printed ones on Monday. I am sure that you will have them the next day.

It it impossible to send to you the Fr. Meeus' film as it has been arranged to make duplicate and sound track, and they will be not ready for quite a time yet. But we are sending you three reels of Fr. Goa's films about China, they are:- "Glimpse of Modern China", "How China Makes a Living", "For the Wounds of China (Relief)". I hope they will serve the purpose under the circumstances. You may keep the films with yourself for the future use.

The Bishop thinks it is not necessary for us to write directly to those persons whom Mr. Chu recommended [[strikethrough]] directly [[/strikethrough]], but he wishes that you will call on them personally. Besides, we have asked Mr. Chu to be responsible for all the preparations in Miami, it will be quite all right for Mr. Chu to use the name of our office in inviting the corporations of others whoever he thinks fits for the sole purpose of helping your work there. Please record all the names and addresses of the persons who helped and offered their services for this cause at the places you go, so we will be able to write to them later on in expressing our gratitude toward their kind services rendered to you.

It will be quite all right for you to stay at Miami until April 10th, please let us know the definite time you will leave for New Orleans soon.

With best wishes and regards from the entire staff members of the Bishop.

Sincerely yours,

Sidney Lee
