Dear Miss Ching:

Mr. Walter Beech has suggested to me that you might possibly be interested in purchasing my Model E.17.B Beechcraft. I want to start by saying that my plane is the best looking, best finished and best kept Beechcraft in existence.

It cost me over $14000.00 and today would cost around $16,000.00 to duplicate. It has around 300 hours total time and I will take a loss of $230.00 for every hour I have flown it. The engine has just been over-hauled by Jacobs and brought up-to-date with new master rod, roller bearings, etc. Below I am listing the special equipment:-

1. Special paint. Especially rubbed and polished all over.
2. Instrument panel covered with curly aspen.
3. Curly aspen wood garnish.
4. Special airfoam seats two inches longer than standard.
5. Genuine down seat backs.
6. Special upholstery cloth made of finest triple "A" Australian lambs wool.
7. Special nets for packages built into roof.
8. Special hardware.
9. Special map compartment built into pilots seat.
10. Moonglow compass light.
11. Large size Grimes landing lights.
12. Flares.
13. Extra large generator.
14. Large Gould submarine battery.
15. Stainless steel navy type ignition wire.
16. Special Breeze shielding.
17. Radio shielded plugs.
