New York, New York

Dear Mr. Niedelman:

I just heard from out crew operating in our large Stinson and they said they would be very glad to carry Miss Lee Ya Ching along with them, providing they are able to obtain permission to do so. I talked to out local C.A.A. Inspector here and he said that as far as the Department is concerned, it would be all right. I don't know what reaction the War Department, Military Intelligence, will take regarding this matter. Possibly you or Miss Lee or her manager have had this question come up before so have definite information on this point.

The crew is now based at Burlington, Vermont. You can make the necessary arrangements with our pilot, Mr. C. William Hazelton, 169 Loomie Street, Burlington, Vermont, for any time which suits Miss Lee's convenience.

Yours very truly,
