UNITED CHINA RELIEF - OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Leave New York from the Pennsylvania Station at 10:10 a.m. on Friday, March 6th, arriving in New Brunswick at 10:49. You will be met at the station by representatives of the New Jersey College for Women (Rutgers University). Dr. Margaret Corwin, Dean of Women, is the contact at the College. You will speak for the Convocation there at 12:20, your speech being about 25 minutes in length. You will remain for luncheon with Dr. Corwin and her guests. You will be picked up at the College either by Mr. Harry Miles, New Brunswick UCR Chairman, or his representatives and taken to the United China Shop for the official opening at 3:00 p.m. You will be taken care of by Mr. Miles or Mrs. Sease thereafter until the UCR organizational dinner-meeting of about 25 people that evening, at which meeting you will say a few words. You will remain overnight as the guest of Mrs. Virgil Sease.
